You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out

Anel Hared, Toronto Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse.

Many people come to therapy after spending a long time trying to manage things on their own.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself or others, or unsure why things feel harder than they used to. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, and move toward meaningful change with support.

Drawing from experience in both psychotherapy and nursing, I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and challenged when needed.

Common Reasons People Reach Out

  • the impact of trauma or difficult life experiences

  • relationship struggles, recurring conflict or feeling disconnected from others

  • concerns about substance use or coping habits that no longer feel helpful

  • grief and loss

  • stress, burnout, and major life transitions
